A Culture of Love and Power

01.  Love

Love is the first step of our Church. We are called to love this generation through our daily walk, and city outreaches.
We love this generation by caring for them, providing their needs, and serving them the way Jesus would do in this generation. We believe in stopping to love the one, and caring for each individual the way Jesus did on earth.

Loving the One
LOVING THE ONE is about every believer loving one person at a time in their daily walk. Jesus taught us in scripture that as we go to bring the Kingdom of God to earth. We are called to Love people the way Jesus has loved us. We love others by helping those in need, praying for them, sharing our testimony, doing acts of love, demonstrating the nature of Jesus and by manifesting the power of God.

LOVING THE ONE is about focusing on loving one person each week by praying for them, spending time with them, caring for them and CONNECTING them to the Supernatural Culture Family.

LOVING THE ONE is not an event it is a lifestyle that we share the heart of Jesus where ever go with family, neighbors, coworkers, friends, and anyone who comes across our paths.

Loving our City
LOVING OUR CITY is about coming together as a Church Community to reach our city through the love of God. Through LOVING OUR CITY we will reach our city with outreaches in parks, schools, business sectors, and government systems. LOVING OUR CITY is about caring for our community through acts of service, providing for the needs of people, sharing the message of love, bringing the power of God, and making our Church presence known in our city. LOVING OUR CITY is about using creative ideas that are relevant to reaching our community and generation.

02. Connect

CONNECT is the second phase of our local Church Vision. Our passion is to help connect new guests and families to the Supernatural Culture Family. Our CONNECT phase is about building relationships with our new guests and serving them at a personal level. Our goal is to help connect lives to the SC family through our sGroups and sTeams community.

SC1O1
SC101 is the orientation of our CONNECT process and is done once a month for our new guests to learn about the history of our Church. Through SC101 we share about the culture and values of Supernatural Culture so that guests can become integrated into the family. After a guest has completed our SC101 we CONNECT each member to an sGroup that best meets their needs.We also provide the opportunity for new guests to connect with our sTeams to develop relationships with believers who have similar gifts and passions for the Lord.

sGROUPS
sGroup is a place where a community of believers meet to CONNECT as family, worship together, encourage believers in God’s Word, pray for personal needs, and build strong relationships. The purpose of sGROUPS is to have a place to CONNECT families together to affirm in their walk with God, bring encouragement during the week, help serve people in need, and to reach our communities for Christ.

sTEAMS
The sTeams are the different opportunities our local church family gives to serve our city. Through sTeams we have different categories where new guests can CONNECT and use the gifts/passion God created them to walk in. The sTeams has opportunities in the sKidz, Guest Experience, Production, SC Worship, and Core Team.

03. Grow

GROW is the final phase of our Church Vision that focuses on helping believers in their personal growth in God. Through our GROW process we help believers with their First Steps in Christ, and also provide a pathway for believers to track their growth. Our Growth Track plan helps guide each believer to develop a solid foundation and grow into a strong believer in Christ. GROW is also about helping raise up strong leaders in our communities that will impact this generation with the love and power of God.

First Step
In our First Step session we teach the fundamentals for the first steps in our walk with God. Each session helps believers learn the tools they need to be successful in their new journey with Christ. First Steps also gives the opportunity for new guests to make their decision for Christ public through our worship baptism experience.

Growth101
Growth 101 is a 8 week group that helps new believers and guests learn about the next steps in their Growth Track for Christ. These sessions are designed to learn the next phase the bible teaches each believer and to help grow in their knowledge of God. Each teaching helps believers strengthen their personal walk with God and show the practical ways to apply these teachings. Growth 101 is a family atmosphere where our team will also help to care for the needs of the new guests by caring for them with the love of Jesus.

Discipleship
DISCIPLESHIP is a program for those who want to become more like Jesus and grow deeper in their relationship with God. This program helps believers become followers of Christ that imitate and walk in His footsteps. Becoming a disciple of Christ is about learning how to operate like Jesus with the spirit of servanthood. Through our DISCIPLESHIP program believers will have opportunity to develop a relationship with a mentor that can help them grow further into their purpose and develop into strong leaders. Mentors also are trained to care for their disciples personally by loving them unconditionally through their process of growth. DISCIPLESHIP helps empower leaders in their personal lives and to serve our city with the love and power of God.

SMS
Supernatural Mentorship School is a school with the purpose of training leaders to operate in the love and power of God. SMS is for those leaders who are hungry to grow deeper in their walk with God. Through SMS teachers will apply the Hebraic style of teaching and demonstrating the Word of God. This school will provide fresh revelation, activation in the supernatural, and empowerment to manifest heaven on earth. SMS hosts Ministers from around the world that will impart and mobilize students to impact our culture and city with the supernatural power of God. Students will have the opportunity to graduate as Supernaturalists for their generation.
